Simon Says Stamp Summer School!

Have you checked out what is going on over at the Simon Says Stamp blog? Summer School is in full swing with lots of ideas using the new Teacher's Pet Release.

There is something for everyone in this release from teacher stamps to lunch box notes.

Be sure to stop over and see all the inspiration and videos, while you're there remember to comment on each day of the Summer School posts for a chance to win the great prize above!

Teacher's for class:

Monday: Jennifer McGuire
Tuesday: ME… Shari Carroll
Wednesday: Nichole Magouirk
Thursday: Laura Bassen
Friday: Debby Hughes

I created A masculine teacher card, I know those can be difficult. I used the Scrambled Letters stencil with embossing paste to get me started, then started adding layers from there. You can see the video HERE.

I created a little mini chalkboard from slate ink and card stock.  I quickly outlines the letters with a white pen. Super easy!

Have a fantastic week-end...Enjoy!

This card rocks! Fantastic texture with the scattered letters stencil and embossing paste. Cool color combo and repetition of the letters stamped on the banner. The mini chalkboard is a great way to get the message across and the orange teacher just pops! Clean and Fun!

Hey Shari!! Absolutely amazing. My daughter has a male teacher this year and I wasn't sure what to create for him. You inspired me. Thank you.
