Holiday Card Kit Inspired by Tim Holtz

Hi everyone, I'm back with another card inspiration using the Holiday Card Kit inspired by Tim Holtz. This one is really simple using everything from the kit except a little paint for the Metal greeting and some silver embossing supplies.

I embossed the trees onto the tag… super quick and effective.
The silver embossing powder is so shiny it appears to be white in the photo below.

I covered the metal piece with Evergreen Bough Distress Paint, let it sit for a minute, then wiped it off with a dry paper towel. The paint gets into the letters and gives a patina look!

Gotta love the notecards that are included in the kit.

Thanks for stopping by!!!

This is my favorite card out of everything I've seen from the kit! How did you get the green distress ink to stick to the metal? I tried as you instructed and all the paint kept wiping off.

This is my favorite of all the cards made with the kit! How did you get the evergreen ink to stick to the metal? I tried as you instructed and my ink just separated and wiped off completely.
