A New Sponsor + Giveaway

Hi everyone!

I want to introduce you to a new sponsor on my blog.  I have collaborated with Plus-America who makes my favorite glue runner and other fun decorative and stampy products.  Having a sponsorship will allow me to give away products monthly to my crafty friends like you.

This card features the PLUS cupcake decorative roller stamp.

To kick things off, I am running a poll asking simple questions about your stamping and creativity.  These poll questions will help me get a feel of what you like, the types of projects you create and the types of items you use.

Here we go!

a. Cards
b. Scrapbooks
c. Journals
d. Altered Art
e. Party/Gift
f. Other

2. What type of stamps do you prefer?

3. Do you use tape runner type adhesives in your crafting?

5. Have you ever used a decorative tape pen in your crafting?

I have a box full of goodies from Plus that I will give to one lucky person who leaves their answers in the comment section of this post by 11:59pm CST, June 2nd.  Thanks for your response, I appreciate it and good luck!

Enjoy!

First off, your card is GORGEOUS! You are such a huge inspiration! :)

1. Cards. Once in a while, I make a mini album but 99,99% of my craft is cards
2. I love cling because they make a better impression but clear are easier as you see through them. Wood mounted are great for background as they are more stable. I have almost as much clings as clear or wood. (meaning way too many but can't help it)
3. I use Scotch ATG gun most of the time and Scrapbook adhesive.
4. I bought 3 stamps from Fiskars but not the roller, and I use them with acrylic blocs for backgrounds or borders.
5. No, would love to know what this is. Maybe you'll show us in one of your fabulous video on a fantastic project ;-)

Thanks Shari for the giveaway and please keep creating for us, you're so inspiring.

Answers to your questions
1. I make mostly cards but I have a few scrapbooks that I am working on.
2.I prefer to buy cling and clear stamps for storage purposes. Though I love red rubber for stamping.
3. I don't use a tape runner, but I use 3M double sided tape for my cards. I find that taping onto something with embossing needs a real sticky tape. Runners weren't working.
4.Roller stamp. Yes, I have 4 but I seldom use them. I can't seem to go straight. I am almost ready to take them off the roller. LOL
5. I have never heard of a decorative tape pen. Guess I need educated on this item.

Congrats and lucky us for the chance/s to win.
1. I am more into Scrapbook layouts but lately, I've been into other things e.g. cards (to enter contests) and party giveaways/gifts (since I have school-aged children.)
2. I enjoy using clear stamps especially when you have to re-stamp in case you messed up with the first one. Although I hate how they get stained despite cleaning it really well. I only get to appreciate rubber stamps after I bought myself a stamp-a-ma-jig.
3. I have a 3M roller tape runner. I bought out of being influenced by this lady in her blog who uses it a lot in her projects. What I started not liking about it is when it gunks up and how refilling your tape runner can be messy sometimes. I'm looking into other products but since my tape runner is still working, I will stick with it until it stops working. My roller stamp is a part of a Hello Kitty stamp collection. It was a gift from my sister. I saw the one being sold by Glitz but decided against buying it at that time.
4. No, I don't have a decorative pen. I saw them being sold at stores. Got curious but not curious enough to buy it.

Thanks also for viewing my card and commenting about it.

1. What type of craft projects do you mostly create?
Cards but I really need to get caught up on my scrapbooking.
2. What type of stamps do you prefer?
Clear
3. Do you use tape runner type adhesives in your crafting?
Yes, Scotch ATG right now but I just purchased a Tombo runner that is less bulky; I haven't tried it yet.
4. Have you ever purchased a roller type stamp?
Yes, I found a few Stampin'Up ones at a yard sale and I have used them a few times.
5. Have you ever used a decorative tape pen in your crafting?
No and I don't even believe I know what it is.

I have a coworker that would love to receive this card because she dreams in cupcakes; she wants to someday open a bakery. Have a great weekend.
