More about my UK visit

First I have to say that I have never felt more welcomed than I did with this group of people from Creative Pastimes. You should take a peek at the link and check out their store. The setting is quite peaceful and surrounded by beatuiful farmland set in the English countryside. breathtaking!!!

Now for the people I met. First there is Theresa and Brian...so warm and friendly. Poor Brian was my 'driver" picking me up from here, taking me there. Theresa made sure I had everything I needed at all times...bless her heart. Her Daughter Faye has wonderful taste in merchandising as the store is so well organized, clean, very modern, and yet homey, she knows her stuff! Sarah was always busy doing this or that, but smiled at all times, she was a joy. Then there was Dee, she always made sure there was a hot cup of coffee within my reach (although I talked so much it got cold most of the time).

The customers were awesome and quite attentive. I demonstrated techniques that I like most which was fun for me and hopefully informative for them. I enjoyed this time with everyone so much and felt very comfortable aside from the jet lag. :o)

I'll go back any time they ask!!!

Glad you had a good time over here! Spring is a good time to come and see all the flowers and the lambs! Maybe one day you'll make it to Scotland!

and being a customer I really enjoyed your demonstrations. I was the one who loved your watercolour paint wheels - I found them on ebay and have already been using them - they are great paints!

Would love to know the name of the colour pencils you like using so much.

Come back and visit again soon
