Simon Says Stamp Mother • Fathers & Florals Blog Hop + Giveaway!

Welcome to my blog everyone!!! Today I'm celebrating the

If you have come from Laura Bassen's Blog, then you are in the right place!

I've created a few cards using some of the new product starting with the Star Flower Mandala which I've white embossed and painted with soft tones of watercolors.

I cut out around the outer edge so that I could mount the mandala to a notecard with a bit of foam tape on the back. Ok... who am I kidding... I used a lot of foam tape because well...
that's my jam!
This card is all ready for a greeting when an occasion arises!

To continue with the watercolor theme I have going, I used some Distress ink cubes to color the Flora Background (designed by my friend Kristina Werner). I spritzed the stamp with water then stamped onto a panel of white watercolor cardstock.

I added some Tim Holtz flowers and the Love die cut for a simple greeting and embellishment.

Finally, I stamped a couple of Simon Says envelopes with white embossing using the Sending Flowers stamp set. I love using the transparent envelope with bright paper inside!

GIVEAWAY!
Simon Says Stamp is giving away a prize package worth over $25 to every stop on the hop from the blogs comment section.  They will choose winners over the weekend and post on the Simon Says Stamp store blog on Tuesday. Be sure to comment on every blog along the hop for a better chance to win! Good Luck!!!

Your next stop on the hop is to NINA MARIE!

Thanks for stopping by! I hope you have a great weekend!!
