I'm a little late at getting this card posted... but better late than never... right?
I had a bit of fun using paints, papers and other fun elements from the Simon Says Stamp October card kit. I started by die cutting a tag from the center of a scrap of desert storm card stock.
I painted the chipboard tag with Claudine Helmuth's Altered Orange (both included in the kit) which sets the stage for scraps of cut papers and sequins.
This was a super fun, quick card to make with a bit of collage effect. Hope you enjoy!!

Great card, Shari! I love the collage look and great use of the scrap piece of paper. Always looking for unique ways to use my scraps.
Really adore the cards you create like this...you make collage sound so easy, and your colors are always so pleasing to the eye.
Shari, you have the best ideas. Great card.
Another really gorgeous card, Shari! I love how you used the negative from the tag as a peek-a-boo for your sentiment! Thank you so much for sharing your ideas with us!
No one layers elements better than you, Shari! LOVE the pretty colors and the fun way you used the scraps!
I agree with Barb, you're a layering master, Shari! What a fantastic way to use scraps :)
It's really cute, love how the sentiment is showing thru the die cut piece!
LOVE it! The "tag" window is lovely, and love the effect of the paint on the chipboard element!
