Kudos to good businesses!

Holiday Cheer..... kindness and good will.

Yesterday I was surprised when GoDaddy rang the house.  You see, I have purchased my name on several domains (just in case I make it BIG).  The nice gentleman on the other end of the line informed me that he has reviewed my account and questioned whether I need the recurring monthly fee that I am paying. 

As we chatted and he understood my "wants", it was clear to him that I did not use or need some of the add-ons I had signed up for.  He continued on and offered to suspend the monthly charge.  I was so grateful, and thanked him for reviewing my account.  Then he took his kindness one step further.  He offered me a refund for all the months I had paid. 

Who does that?  Who calls you out of the blue to offer you refunds?  GoDaddy does.

I thought that was worth sharing!

Hi Shari,

There are not very many companies that have customer service like that! Just think if more of them did. Not only would those businesses be booming with happy customers, the world would also be a better, happier place! Glad you shared this!
