Finally an update and a little card share

Hi Ya Friends....

I've had my hands full getting things together for an upcoming event.  Jennifer and I are teaching two days of workshops for a group of retailers at the Hero Arts facility this coming week-end.  I'm really looking forward to it, and I've got to admit, I think we've pulled together one of the best set of classes yet!

I've been meaning to share my May Technique cards, I've looked at my blog umpteen times, saw the same old post thinking I need to update, but just didn't take the time....so here are some fun cards using Hero Arts Silhouette cuts.  So fun...so un-me... BUT.... I just LOVE that CAT (look at those feet!)!!!

On another note.....
Mothers Day has come and gone, for me it was a day with mixed emotions, but I survived!  It's going to be okay, I will be fine. This was hopefully the last raw hurdle since moms' passing.... in seven weeks time there was... her wedding anniversary, her birthday and finally Mothers Day.  What have I learned? Time does heal wounds, work is a great distraction, and Spring brings me great joy!

I hope this post finds you well.  Enjoy!

It's nice to see that you've updated your blog! It's easy to let things like this get away from us. What cute cards you have shared! That is a lot to go through so quickly after your mom's passing. Glad to hear that you have such a good attitude about it and are doing fine. Good luck this weekend, I bet your projects are amazing! :>

Great cards you created Shari. It's nice to see you are getting stronger. My mom always said just put one foot in front of the other. My mom died 14 years ago and I still miss her. Yes time does heal all. Have fun teaching with jennifer. TFS!!! :-D
