I'm Home!

I got in safely the night before last. CHA was awesome, very busy. Unfortunately once again, I was unable to walk the show as much as I would have liked. Seems as each year passes, it becomes harder and harder for me to break away from the booth. besides demoing, I was also doing some order taking.

Julie did a wonderful job of recapping the show on the Split Coast Stampers Blog, HERE. Thanks Julie!!!

I did notice a constant item from booth to booth......glitter is back! I saw it everywhere, on printed paper and finished pieces.

I will be pursuing my publisher for another book contract. I was told by my editor that Layers is selling very steadily. If you know me, I'm not a huge self promoter, I have not asked for publication, it usually comes to me by way of call lists or magazines acquiring my work from Hero. This will be a very difficult thing for me to do.

I will be heading off to the UK in a couple weeks, and will have plenty of sitting time on the plane to jot down ideas and notes. Hopefully when I return, I will have an outline for presentation.

For now I will leave you with my Box O' Cookies that was delivered to my doorstep this morning, via UPS.
Enjoy!

Shari, where will you be visiting in the UK? Are you heading anywhere near Scotland?

Shari, I loved Julie's reports. I think it would be impossiible to walk the entire show. I'm glad you had fun.
